This is not vibe-coded software. The technology has been developed alongside working production teams for two years and built from the ground up for professionals dealing with hundreds or thousands of hours of footage. It helps teams work faster and smarter without handing creative judgment to the machine.
We are now looking for a part-time Business Development Producer to help secure new projects, build lasting client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships.
Signal House is exploring several connected opportunities: rough-cut and post-production services, full production projects, strategic partnerships, and licensing our software to other production companies.
The Business Development Producer role begins part-time, with the intention of becoming full-time as the company grows. We expect to raise capital in the near future, and a successful early relationship would ideally develop into a salaried leadership role.
This role includes the base retainer listed above plus a flexible commission structure.
Because Signal House is early, we will offer greater commission upside now in exchange for a lighter base. The exact structure can reflect the relationship—from occasional introductions to actively developing new business—with the intention of moving toward a salary and more conventional commission structure if the role becomes full-time.
